If the item does not fit
You have the right of full return for 14 days with the condition of the item returned in original form; that is, unused and with all labels and packaging are retained. Of course you have the right to try the product. Due to hygiene reasons we do not include earrings and beauty products of regretlaw.
Swap and return
You pay your return freight back to us. Prepaid returns are only sent out on approved complaints. In case of an approved return, the goods must be delivered to us at the latest 14 days after your post office received the package. A return is refunded on the first shipping charge of 120 SEK (150 SEK abroad) as you paid us.
Once your return is administered, you will receive confirmation via mail. Administration usually takes 2-3 business days after we received your return. We will refund the original purchase price excluding shipping and handling fees.
Goods can only be returned with a return number. It is your order number, which is your return number. You fill up the return slip that comes with your package. Returns may not be sent Cash on delivery.
We will not send return tickets to put on the package.
Currently, you can only change the color or size of your product. If you wish to switch to another product, please return your order and add a new one. Do you only want to change the color or size of your product please email the customer service to reserve the item you want change to. Otherwise, the product may be sold out before we have received and managed your exchange.
We advise all our customers to send their returns with PostNords Recommended letter (REK). This in order for you to track your package and get the replacement of PostNord if it is likely to get away. You are legally responsible for the goods until it arrived at Monroeworld. Items not arrived are non refundable. You can only make a return with PostNord, others companies are not accepted.

Open purchase/return on Christmas gifts
Items traded in December month have open purchases throughout the month. However, the return must be made by 30th December.
Complain of an item
Once you have received your product, it is important to you immediately inspect it. In case of damaged packaging, it has to be complained immediately at the delivery site. We place high demands on ours suppliers and guarantee that the goods you ordered by us are delivered error free. Should you, despite this, have received a defect item please contact our customer service email@example.com as soon as possible.
Briefly describe what is wrong with the product and attach, if you have the opportunity, a picture. At an approved complain we will send you a return receipt by email. This allow you free shipping back to us. Other return costs is not replaced. If a complaint of the complaint arises, we will always follow the rcommendations from ARN - The National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Care instructions for fur
The fur should only be cleaned by an authorized leather/fur specialist. Direct heat destroys the surface of the material. Avoid open fire, electric heated seats etc. Real fur can fall and have a natural appearance varied hair structure - this is not a reason for complaint. Rabbit fur can fall more than normal fur and is not a cause for it complaint.
We bill 400 SEK for unpaid / unsecured packages as well as package returned without completed return slip.
