If the item does not fit
You have the right to return within 14 days with the
premise that the goods are returned in original condition: that is, unused and with all
labels and packaging retained. Off course, You have the right to try the product.
Due hygienic reasons returns of earrings and beauty products are not accepted.
Returns and Exchanges
You pay your return shipping back to us, prepaid return bills are only sent out at
approved claims. An approved return item must be received by 14
days after your post office received the package. Once your return is administered, you
will receive a confirmation about it by email. The administration usually takes 5-10 working
days after we receive your return. We will refund the original purchase price including
the shipping cost. Goods can only be returned with a return number that you pre-order from
our support at email@example.com and fill in the return form that comes with your
package. Have you submitted your return as a registered letter in the mail
(www.postnord.se) you can track your return to see once we receive it.
Currently, you can only change the color or size of your order. If you wish to switch to
another product, please return your order and add a new one. If you just replacing
color or size of your item, please email customer service to reserve the garment
you wish to switch to. Otherwise, you may find that the product is sold out before we receive
and administered your return. We advise all our customers to send their returns with
post recommended letters. This ensures that you will be able to track your package and get
replacement of the item if it get lost on the way back. You are legally responsible
for the item until it arrived at Monroeworld.se.

Complain of an item
When you have received your item, it is important that you carefully inspect it.
If your item is broken, directly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Briefly
describe what is wrong with the product and please attach a picture support if you are
able. If it is an approved complaint, we will send you a return form by email. This return
form will give you free shipping back to us. If it happen to be a claim dispute, we always
general board for recommendations.
Fur should only be dry-cleaned by an authorized leather/fur specialist. Direct heat destroys
the surface of the material. Avoid open flames, heated car seats, etc. Real fur can shed and
have a naturally varied hair texture - this is not a cause for complaint. Rabbit fur shed more
than usual fur and is not a cause for complaint.
Web shop and store
You can not return or exchange an item that you bought in our shop Monroe in
Sturegallerian. We have separate layers so this is unfortunately not possible.
We charge 400 for unclaimed/undeliverable packages.
